This solid teak seating group is a rustic outdoor set. It consists of a 180 x 90 cm table and six garden chairs with ergonomically shaped backrests. The chairs are stackable, making them easy to store. The backrest and seat are made of loose teak planks. A typical feature of garden furniture is the narrow grooves between the planks, which are also visible in the tabletop. These are necessary to prevent flooding after a rain shower.

The tabletop rests on four sturdy solid teak legs. The surface clearly shows the natural textures and delicate grain of the tropical hardwood. Not a single tree had to be felled to create this garden set. The entire seating set is made from reclaimed wood left over from the demolition of huts on the Indonesian island of Java. This historic wood lives on as a stylish garden set and will become the focal point of any patio or garden.

Teak is easy to maintain. Regular cleaning with a damp cloth and a mild or green soap solution keeps the wood in good condition. For teak garden tables, we recommend thorough cleaning at least 1-2 times a year to prevent deposits such as algae or moss. For tables with screw legs, check annually that everything is firmly attached.
